Beat the Pro, Jordy LaBarbera

Backswing Golf Events puts a fun spin on closest to the pin contest. This professional will be stationed on a par three and players will have a chance to challenge her.

Meet the pro golfer that will be at our tournament: 

Jordy LaBarbera is a 25 year old professional golfer from Allen, TX. She started playing golf when she was 10 years old and continued to play in many prestigious junior events, winning 1 American Junior Golf Association event and placing in the Top 5 ten times. She ended her Junior career earning a top 30 ranking before going on to play at the highly ranked University of Arkansas. Jordy earned a “Freshman of the week” accolade after a high finish in a Puerto Rico event. She turned professional after she graduated with a Kinesiology degree in 2018 and earned status on the Symetra tour. She has now won 2 events as a Professional. Jordy also played a season on the South African Ladies Sunshine tour in 2020 and continued to play a full season on the WAPT and Symetra tours stateside after. She will continue to play the WAPT and Symetra tours in 2021 with goals of advancing to the next level. Jordy loves working with BackSwing Golf Events, along with helping many organizations across the country!
