Animal Services
The SPD Animal Services Division is a two person unit and is supervised by the patrol lieutenant. SPD Animal Services Officers enforce city ordinances concerning domestic pets, livestock and respond to citizen calls and complaints that relate to wild animals. The SPD Animal Control Officers hold multiple certifications and are Texas Animal Control Association Certified.
Animal Control operates seven days a week from 7:00 A.M. to 7 P.M.
