Executive Team
The Executive Team of the Stephenville Police Department is comprised of a Chief of Police, two Captains, and two Lieutenants. The Executive Team leads the agency, develops and implements policies and manages the department's budget.

Cpt. Walker began his career with SPD in 2008. He holds a Bachelor of Science Degree in Criminal Justice from Tarleton State University. He also holds a Master Peace Officer Certification, serves as a Firearms Instructor and is an expert leader in Patrol/SWAT operations. He is currently assigned to the Operations bureau.

Lt. Robuck began his career with the Stephenville Police Department in 2018. Since then, he has served in various roles within the police department including Field Training Officer, Patrol Sergeant, and is currently assigned as the Operations and Criminal Investigations Division Lieutenant. He holds a Bachelor of Science in Criminal Justice from Tarleton State University.

Cpt. Lanier began his career with the Stephenville Police Department in 2014. Since then, he has served in various roles within the police department including Field Training Officer, Detective, Patrol Sergeant, Operations Lieutenant, and is currently assigned as the Operational Support Captain. He holds a Bachelor of Science Degree in Criminal Justice from Tarleton State University and a Master Peace Officer Certification.

Lt. Gaitan began his career with the Tarleton State University Police Department in 1993 and joined the Stephenville Police Department in 1997. Since joining the department, Lt. Gaitan has served many roles within the department as Investigator, Patrol Sergeant, Detective-Sergeant, and is currently assigned to Operational Support.
