Recent Improvements

The Parks crew has been working hard to make some improvements within the City’s parks!

- The ballard removal project has begun! Some older wooden ballards have been replaced with post and cable. Soon, all ballards will be removed from the City Park and replaced with post and cable.

- The Bosque River Trail has been extended to the Timber Ridge parking lot to complete the route of the trail and to make it easily accessible from the Timber Ridge Trailhead.

- The brush located next to the field by the Century Park Gazebo at the City Park is being removed to give patrons a view of the creek while enjoying the Bosque River Trail.

A HUGE shoutout to the Parks crew for taking on these projects and transforming areas of our parks to make them more enjoyable and updated!
