Board of Adjustment Meeting, Thursday, November 14, 2024, at 4:00pm

NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that pursuant to the procedures and expressed authorities of the Local Government Code, Section 211.006, that on Thursday, November 14, 2024, at 4:00 p.m., the Stephenville Board of Adjustment will convene in the City Hall Council Chambers, 298 W. Washington, to hold a public hearing to allow interested parties to give input on the following matter:

Case No.: V2024-023

Applicant Robert McGowan is requesting a hearing pursuant to Section 154.21.3.C – Variance for the Construction of a Carport for property located at 1840 Overhill Dr., Parcel: R29027, being BLOCK F; LOT 8 of the Chamberlin Addition, City of Stephenville, Erath County, Texas.

Those wishing to address the Stephenville Board of Adjustment may attend the Public Hearing and testify in person.  

Written correspondence may also be mailed to City Hall or emailed to Wendy Rangel, Planning Coordinator, at wrangel@stephenvilletx.gov.  Written correspondence must be received by 12:00 p.m. on November 14, 2024.  For alternate arrangements, please contact Ms. Rangel at least 48 hours prior to the meeting.
