2024 Apron Maintenance - Phase I

The City of Stephenville will be accepting bids for the 2024 Apron Maintenance – Phase I until 2:00pm on July 29, 2024. Said project is for the asphalt crack sealing and repair to the hangar aprons at the Stephenville Clark Regional Airport within the City of Stephenville. Sealed bids will be received at Stephenville City Hall, 298 W Washington, Stephenville, Texas 76401.

Bids will be opened and read publicly at 2:00pm on July 29, 2024 in the Training Room at City Hall. The City of Stephenville reserves the right to reject any or all bids and to waive any formality in connection therewith.

Bid envelopes shall be labeled “2024 Apron Maintenance – Phase I” and addressed to Rebecca Crosson, Purchasing Manager, delivered to City Hall. 

Bid security is required. Bid documents are available for a non-refundable deposit of $10.00 payable to the City of Stephenville. To request a copy of the bid packet, contact Rebecca Crosson, Purchasing Manager at 254-918-1227.  

No submitted bid may be changed, amended, or modified after the above time and date.  A bid may be, however, withdrawn and resubmitted any time prior to the time set for receipt of bids.
