City Offices Building Project

NOTICE OF REQUEST FOR PROPOSALS:

The City of Stephenville will be accepting bids for the City of Stephenville City Offices beginning June 10, 2024, until 12:00pm on July 1, 2024. Said project is for renovation of an existing building for new city offices. Sealed bids will be received at Stephenville City Hall, 298 W Washington, Stephenville, Texas 76401.

Bids will be opened and read publicly at 2:00pm on July 2, 2024 in the City Council chambers. The City of Stephenville reserves the right to reject any or all bids and to waive any formality in connection therewith.

Bids shall be addressed to Rebecca Crosson, Purchasing Manager. Any bid received after closing time will be returned unopened. Bid envelopes will be labeled “City of Stephenville City Offices”.

No bid may be changed, amended, or modified after the above time and date. A bid may be withdrawn and resubmitted any time prior to the time set for receipt of bids.  

A mandatory pre-bid conference shall be held at the project site, 299 N Belknap, Stephenville, Texas 76401 on June 24, 2024 at 11:00am. Representatives of the Architect will be present to review the bidding documents.

The owner will require the following: Performance bond, Labor & Material bond, and a Bid bond for 5% of the bid amount.

Electronic copies of the proposed contract documents may be obtained for bidding purposes from the architect. All requests for such documents must be in writing:
