INVITATION TO BIDDERS

Sealed bids will be received at the office of the Purchasing Manager, 298 West Washington Street, Stephenville, Texas 76401 until 3:00 pm, Friday, March 21st, 2025, and then publicly opened and read aloud for the construction of:

STEPHENVILLE CITY PARK BASEBALL FIELD
 RFP #3046

The major components for this project consist of the site work relating to the construction of a high school size baseball field. Items include, but are not limited to, fencing, turf establishment, grading, infield material, dugouts, bull pens, backstop netting, drainage, and concrete flatwork.

A cashier’s check, certified check, or acceptable Bidder’s Bond for 5% of the bid amount must accompany each bid, as well as a completed Conflict of Interest Questionnaire as required by state law. The successful bidder will be required to provide performance and payment bonds, and insurance as detailed in the Contract Documents.

Plans and Contract Documents may be downloaded or viewed free of charge by registering at the website above.  Information will also be on the City of Stephenville’s Purchasing Departments website  www.stephenvilletx.gov/rfps. It is the downloader’s responsibility to determine that a complete set of documents, as defined in the Instruction to Bidders, is received. The website will be updated with addenda, additional reports and other information relevant to bidding the Project.

The City reserves the right to reject any or all bids and to waive formalities.
