NOTICE TO BIDDERS
The City of Stephenville will accept sealed bids for the purchase of the following described items at the office of the City Secretary, 298 West Washington, Stephenville Texas until the hour of 2:00 p.m. on Friday, February 21, 2025.

FY24-25 Utility Department 1-Ton Pickup Truck with Service Body

All bids must be placed in a sealed envelope marked:

‘SEALED BID ENCLOSED – UTILITY DEPARTMENT 1-TON PICKUP TRUCK WITH SERVICE BODY’ for each bid submitted.  All bids must indicate the following on the outside of each sealed envelope:

NAME AND ADDRESS OF BIDDER
UTILITY DEPARTMENT 1-TON PICKUP TRUCK WITH SERVICE BODY

Bids may be mailed but must reach City Hall before the deadline to be considered. Bidders mailing bids are encouraged to call the Purchasing Department at 254-918-1257 to confirm receipt of bid packet.  Address bids to:
