Water Utility Application

The City of Stephenville Water Department is happy to process your requests for water utility service via fax and email. More detailed information can be found here.

Residential Water Accounts

To process your application via fax or email, please submit a signed copy of the application and your valid driver's license to:

Commercial Water Accounts

Commercial applicants must apply for and obtain a Certificate of Occupancy from the Permitting Department before water service can be obtained.  

PLEASE NOTE: If you are paying with a credit card you must call to verify your credit card information. We cannot connect your water until you call, even if card information is supplied on the water utility application.
