Notice of Public Hearing - Petition for Voluntary Annexation

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN TO ALL INTERESTED PERSONS, THAT:

The City of Stephenville, Texas proposes to institute voluntary annexation proceedings to enlarge and extend the boundary limits of said city to include the following described territory, to-wit:

91.83 acres in the Menefee Jarrett Survey, Abstract No. A0520 and an adjacent 3.02 acres in the Menefee Jarrett Survey, Abstract No. A0520, totaling 94.85 acres, out of A0520 of MENEFEE JARRETT; being Parcel No. R22587

A public hearing will be held by and before the City Council of the City of Stephenville, Texas on the 7th day of May, 2024 at 5:30 p.m. in the City Hall Council Chambers, 298 W. Washington, Stephenville, Texas, for all persons interested in the above proposed annexation.  At said time and place all such persons shall have the right to appear and be heard.  Of all said matters and things, all persons interested in the things and matters herein mentioned, will take notice.
