2024 Apron Maintenance - Phase 1

NOTICE OF REQUEST FOR PROPOSALS:

Rebecca Crosson, Purchasing Manager for the City of Stephenville, will be accepting sealed proposals for 2024 Apron Maintenance – Phase I bids for the asphalt crack sealing and repair to the hangar aprons at the Stephenville Clark Regional Airport within the City of Stephenville. Bids will be accepted until 10:00 am Tuesday, July 9, 2024 and will be read aloud publicly in the Training Room at City Hall located at 298 W. Washington. Any bid received after closing time will be returned unopened. 

Bid envelopes shall be labeled “2024 Apron Maintenance – Phase I” and addressed to Rebecca Crosson, Purchasing Manager. 

Bid security is required. Bid security in the form of Cashier's Check, Bid Bond or other negotiable instrument in the amount of 5% of the greatest amount bid must accompany each bid as a guarantee that, if awarded the contract, the bidder will promptly enter a contract and execute bonds and insurance as outlined in the specifications and Instructions to Bidders. Bid documents are available for a non-refundable deposit of $10.00 payable to the City of Stephenville. No bid may be changed, amended or modified by telegram or otherwise after the above time and date.  A bid may be, however, withdrawn and resubmitted any time prior to the time set for receipt of bids.

The City of Stephenville reserves the right to reject any or all bids and to waive any formality in connection therewith.
