Request for Qualifications for Professional Planning Services (RFQ # AP-2024-01)
The City of Stephenville, acting as the agent, intends to engage a professional planning firm for services pursuant to Chapter 2254, Subchapter A, of the Government Code. The City of Stephenville will solicit and receive qualification statements for the current aviation project as described below.
Scope: Provide planning services to provide Airport Layout Plan (ALP) update with narrative.
The City of Stephenville will accept bids for this project until the bid opening which is scheduled for 2:00pm on Thursday, August 29, 2024 in the Training Room at City Hall located at 298 W. Washington, Stephenville, TX 76401. The City of Stephenville reserves the right to reject any or all bids and to waive any formality in connection therewith.
Bid envelopes shall be labeled “Planning Services for Airport Layout Plan (ALP) update with narrative 2024” and addressed to Rebecca Crosson, Purchasing Manager, delivered to 298 W. Washington Street, Stephenville, TX 76401.
Bid security is required. Bid documents are available for a non-refundable deposit of $10.00 payable to the City of Stephenville. To request a copy of the bid packet, contact Rebecca Crosson, Purchasing Manager at 254-918-1227.
No submitted bid may be changed, amended, or modified after the above time and date. A bid may be, however, withdrawn and resubmitted any time prior to the time set for receipt of bids.
