Requirements
- An initial payment of 50% of offense balance
The following offenses and persons are NOT eligible for this option
- Person younger than 17 years of age or Minors
- Offense in Warrant status
- Offenses classified as Assault
Effects of Extensions
- Will render a guilty judgment.
- Moving violations will appear on your Driving Record
- Moving violations may affect your cost of insurance.
- $15 Time Payment Fee will be assessed on the 31st day of your payment agreement
- Failure to comply with Extension payment agreements will result in a Capias Pro Fine warrant being issued
If requesting this option in person the following items must be submitted to the court:
1. Copy of your Texas driver’s license
2. Minimum Payment of 50% Citation Balance
