Project and Development Tracker List
Project Tracker List - The Project Tracker List is used for all Capital Improvement Projects including new construction, expansion, renovation, or a replacement project for an existing facility or facilities. These projects help maintain or improve the city's infrastructure.
Development Tracker List - The Development Tracker List is used for the review of all civil improvement plans required for new infrastructure including grading, driveway construction, sidewalks, curb and gutter, and site improvements proposed on a piece of property within the city limits. The Public Works Department reviews plans for compliance with the City of Stephenville engineering standards for public infrastructure.
